Returns
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling or wear and tear are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at gmridul898@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories like perishable goods, personal care products, and custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
